Read your way to a longer life. A 2016 study published by Yale researchers in Social Science & Medicine found that participants who read books lived an average of 23 months longer than non-book readers.[1]  This study followed 3,635 subjects aged 50 years and older for 12 years and was adjusted for age, gender, education, wealth, and health.  Strive to live longer by reading a book for at least 30 minutes every day!
