Between work and social media, modern life can be loud and busy. Journaling offers a quiet moment for thought, reflection, and creativity.
Join us on Mondays at 3:30 pm for a
session of calm and focused expression at the Islamorada Branch!
Journaling provides a moment for you and the things swirling about in your mind. It also allows you to write what you truly feel without an audience. Expression can take many forms. You can write about your goals, a moment of joy or frustration, or a recount of your week. You could even write a poem, essay, or prose!
That’s the cool thing about journaling: You are free to write what you wish, for an audience of one.
Journals will be provided. There will be a short survey to help establish the structure of sessions and participants will be free to write what they wish or use a provided prompt.
