The Florida Keys Amateur Radio Club meets the first Wednesday of every other month. Ham radio operators of all levels of experience are welcome. The next meeting will be Wednesday, May 2nd at 6:00 P.M.
The Radio Club meets at the Marathon Public Library, 3251 Overseas Highway.

Marathon Library hosts a special program for the little ones (ages 2-5) featuring stories, songs, fingerplays, and simple crafts.  Little Kids’ Story Time meets the first and third Fridays of each month from 10:30-11:15.
Children at a young age benefit from hearing stories read aloud and practicing language. This increases both their verbal and visual literacy skills, and prepares them for more formal schooling. Toddlers also practice socialization skills in community storytimes.
Little Kids’ Story Time is led by educator Jodie Delgado, who is also available to answer parents’ questions about early childhood literacy and reading with children.

Join us every Saturday for a story hour for young children and their families. We’ll have stories, songs, crafts, and fun!
